Xbox Live account suspended because the same user reported the same offense 8 days in a row

My son was suspended from Xbox live for using bad language about 2 weeks ago. Ever since then his "friend" keeps reporting him for the exact same phrase every single evening which is resulting in 1 day bans. How can someone get suspended 9 times for the
same thing? I got the suspension reduced one time but its irrelevant because this keeps happening.

When it happened 2 or 3 days in a row my son blocked his "friend". He was even banned on a day that he was not even playing.

What can i do to stop this? There appears to be no phone number to call MS on this. What can I do to ensure that the kid harassing my son is punished for these actions?

An alternative could be to start a new account under a different gamertag, if that is possible.

My son has not been on his XBox for 3 days and he repeatedly gets 24 hour bans for the same offense. This is still going on and absolutely nothing is being done by Microsoft. How can you condone this type of cyber bullying? I wrote to you and explained the
problem when i appealed ban #5 for the exact same 3 word accusation.

How can you ignore us when we are paying for your service? What kind of punishment will you serve to the boy that keeps getting us banned by falsely reporting that my son made the same 3 word statement every single day including days where no one turned
your gaming system on?

How can you charge for a service and not provide a phone number for customer support?

It won't give me an option for a case review. Not interested in changing the gamertag. He will keep doing the same thing. They have pleanty of mutual "friends". Any better ideas? I can't believe that one person can keep doing this and get away with it.
How do I get the whole situation reviewed by Microsoft?

3 seperate Xbox Live accounts and all of them banned or suspended? Ive been playing on Xbox Live with the same account for almost 8 years and never once was I suspended.

Theowenkiller brought your recent game history in to question because those games aren't supported by their developers anymore and modded lobbies are often played in. Playing in these lobbies is against the code of conduct and is a punishable offense.

My Xbox live account was falsely suspended for apparently bullying or harassing someone but a day before it was put into place I was suspended from use of Xbox live communications so I couldn’t have done such a thing. I tried to get it lifted but Xbox support didn’t help at all

To add most suspensions dont occur on the same day as the offense.

There are no statute of limitations so you could be suspended for something that happened days or even weeks ago which would explain why you got suspended again while already serving a suspension.
