Xbox live account subscription suspended

The Xbox live gold subsciption was suspended after one month late due to an expired date of the credit card. The payment with the new credit card was done but the account is still waiting for the delay Payment ! The situation is stalemate. Please
advice.

my xbox live account was suspended permanently how the xbox subscription on that account was brand new how do i get my money back or can i transfer the subscription to another account.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

Your Xbox Live Account maybe suspended due to Non-payment for your Xbox Live subscription. Once your Xbox Live subscription is suspended and seems like your Arcade games licenses are not associated with your console since you can't play them offline. What
you need to do is pay off the balance once your account is resumed. Do a license Transfer on your console. After doing so your arcade games should be playable offline.

If you have an unpaid balance on your Xbox Live Gold subscription, then the account remains suspended until you have the money to pay the amount due.

Basically whenever you sign up for a subscription with a debit/credit card the system turns on auto renew for the subscription. The only way to prevent this is to use a Xbox live prepaid card that you can purchase from retailers.

If you do not turn off the auto renew the subscription will continue to run even if your card is declined Microsoft will continue to try and charge your payment option and after a certain amount of time (not sure of the exact amount of time) they will then
suspend your Xbox live subscription if it is not paid.

This is normally how customers will get a past due balance on their subscriptions.

Like the Customer service rep explained after the live subscription being suspended for a period of time it will then cancel the subscription and that payment option would NEVER be able to be used on another Microsoft account again.

At that point with the subscription being cancelled you would be able to purchase a new subscription.

While the subscription is suspended you would not be able to add any Xbox live Prepaid cards or any type of Microsoft Prepaid cards (even gift cards) to the account.

2) The other issue would be is if you had a subscription tied to a credit card on your account and it tried but couldn't renew. It will then suspend your subscription.

3) Contact Xbox Support to see if your subscription is suspended and that you're trying to redeem a subscription code.
