Xbox live account permanently suspended

Hello.

I've recently got a lifetime ban on my Xbox Live account (RealMastuhChiff) reason being is because my son uses it for Warzone while I'm at work, I have heard him talk trash on the mic before and so I too that off of him, but a few days ago he told me that my account got a permanent suspension, though I didn't get any email, so I had a proper check and seen in the spam folder a lot of enforcement reports, my son told me that it's because people been talking nasty to him and asking where he lives and so that he has been getting upset and angry messaging them back and he said he did black and report some of them but more kept sending him awful messages.

I have mentioned this to the appeal on the enforcement history and received an email, the part I don't understand in the email I got is where they say "At the conclusion of the suspension all affected privileges will be automatically restored"?

Though they've also put "During this suspension the account will be unable to access the Xbox Live service, including social features and online multiplayer"? Making it sound as if it isn't permanently though it is, so I'm not sure if it's now set for the ban to be lifted? It also does say "not approved" on the enforcement history where the permanent suspension is, so does that mean it's not approved to be full time suspended or? And if not, then how do I can my account unsuspended?
