    xbox live account not fully working


    Hi there its been about a week since i have been able to play online or access many if the tabs on my account.

    i changed my account email about a week ago a well that is kinda when all this started.

    my gamer score is 0 my avatar pic is not present i cannot access mu profile or avatar etc.

    i have tried other profiles on my xbox and they work fine.

    i have tried my account on my brothers xbox and same thing parts of my xbox live are inactive and wrong.

    when checking my account via my phone app and via laptop everything works

    ALSO I CALLED THIS ISSUE IN 3 DAYS AGO!!! THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE XBOXLIVE RANGERS!!!!!!!!

    My son's xbox live is working enough that he can watch youtube, but he still is not able to play online games at all. It was ordered online via the website yesterday, Idk how long the waiting period is for it to come in is it the waiting period or Is this
    due to the current issues or is something wrong on our end??

    If he added it via the website, there is a delay before the console will recognize it, but that should only be a few hours not days. Try checking his account at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows that he has a gold subscription. If it does, try testing his connection on the console to see if it fixes the issue. If not, you will need to contact
    support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Hey there Chubhawk! Thanks for reachin out to us & totally understand how frustrating this can be!

    Since you were previously working with the
    phone team     regarding this issue & still have not heard back from them, we recommend reaching out to them again when you get a chance for an update. They should have the proper tools/resources to look deeper into this.

    Be sure to provide any Service Request numbers when you reach out to them!
