It sounds like you have a corrupted profile. Try deleting the profile and recovering it.

Unfortunately nothing can be transferred between accounts. However, if you the console set as account #1's Home, you can purchase a game and share it with other accounts that way.

As far as the points, you'd want to contact Microsoft Rewards support.

Here we get to the issue of why i cancelled the Cc, companies taking money they arent entitled to, the Cc no longer exists.

So am i going to now have to pay another years sub even if i didnt want it?

You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do about it, but most likely you will have to pay the balance you owe.
