Xbox live account information

All of your save data for your games is stored on the Xbox HDD but for certain games (CoD) in example the Rank is specifically tied to your Xbox Profile. The Achievements data is also stored to your profile itself not the Hard drive.

On your console, sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

Go to Settings, and then select Account.

Go to Your Information, and then select Billing Information.

Enter your Microsoft account password, and then select Sign In.

Edit your billing account information and then select Done.

make sure all your Paypal billing information matches your Xbox LIVE account information.

this includes your paypal account's billing and xbox lives' BILLING address are the same this INCLUDES the region

If i remember correctly this is best to be changed via a PC ie on Xbox.com rather than on the console itself.
