    I need some help bigtime.. Because of security someone has hacked mine and my friends account.. Becouse if you hes gotten into our outlook, gmail, netfix ect numerous times making you guys look like a joke.. The best you can do is tell me change the password
    or secondary security and sent me in circles.. HELP ME.. ME AND A FRIEND HAVE BOTH BEEN HACKED NUMEROUS TIMES USING OUR GUYS AND WE CANT PLAY OF THE GOLD I PURCHASED TODAY THAT I SET UP, PAID FOR AND DIDNT GET TO PLAY.... STOP THIS FROM HACKING OUR ACCOUNTS
    FROM A MODDED XBOX OR TOO [Mod Removed – Profanity] TO FIGURE OUT WHO IT IS AND YOUR UNABLE TO STOP HIM.. MICROSOFT SECURITY IS A JOKE.. HES ON IT RIGHT NOW. ITS TAKEN ME OVER AN HOUR TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO REACH HELP HELP YOU
    GUYS BUT YOUR PROBABLY TOO BUSY AND CANT BE BOTHERED....

    the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
    and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

    so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??

    Forced to create another xbox account on an email that already has one, and now i can't log in to xbox app.

    If there is still a phone or alternate email address to the old account (which the hacker probably just changed the email address, and not deleted it), then you might be able to recover it. But if the hacker already changed the alternate email address or phone from the hacked account, than nothing can be done.

    my minecraft account got hacked and the email registered to it doesn't exist anymore when trying to log in

    i found the account that hacked me, using xbox, problem is that i still can't use my main account to log into minecraft and i need to somehow change it from this hackers account to my account.

    how do you change your primary email account that is used for logging on to xbox live?

    My Xbox Live account and game for windows live account is the same, and I need to change the live account associated with it so I can avoid being hacked.... again... I have request 3 times to have the hackers email account removed from my live account but
    for w/e reason customer support keeps failing to do so.
