xbox live account hacked an perm banned (recovered account already)

my account was recently hacked and received a perm ban from Xbox live services my email also got hacked and compliance locked, but since then I have successfully RECOVERED the email and added phone verification an authenticator. I did a enforcement appeal an stated I was hacked an the process I've been having to deal with is very frustrating, an still haven't got a response going on day 14. I contacted support again and they claim that they can't even see a active appeal request for the enforcement team to review yet it won't allow me to submit another one also I haven't received any other email confirmation except for the enforcement notice that alerted me of the ban. I've spent 1000$ on games an just want to be able to play again or at least get some kind of response somebody please help me

Your not the only one. I have this month been banned for unorathorised account access and suspected hack however I have checked and np such thing has taken place. I emailed for support and stated last 6 log in attempts were successful and from me or my child. No account hacking however they will not remove ban. I am to go through xbox support, I can't call or request call. Try to follow links to get support and get Web page does not exist. Now tried chat for help and have it referred to specialist but further link will not go through.

I have spent thousands on the xbox in games and things for my child and now they have blocked it for no reason at all.

You are forgetting ine two factors

Therr is over 50m users even 1% is 5m users

And during normal times it's average of 100 people enforcing

But now we are in the middle of a pandemic

Im in Australia and have just spoken over the phone to xbox support. They have checked account and made note that there is no suspicious activity. Then informed to now reply to my email from enforcement team to say I have been in contact and have had it checked into. Hopefully that's it and my account can be re enstated

Unfortunately all you can do is wait for the response from the enforcement team. They don't use the forums and we're all just fellow gamers here so we wouldn't have any additional information. Support doesn't handle enforcement issues directly which is most likely why they didn't seen an appeal request.
