xbox live account got unlinked or smthing. i cant get access

Is this the only way? I got off the phone with EA. They told me that the can't unlink it. We need to know and have access to the email linked to our xbox account to unlink it. I'm not banned. Mine was just deleted and they cant even tell me the email account associated with it.

The problem is that it was linked to an email i no longer have access to. i cant get into the account thats linked to my xbox account. I need to unlink it without getting into my EA account.

Thing is its attached to an account I dont remember setting up so I cant access that account to unlink it. Like u said, better off waiting.
