Xbox live Account got banned unjustly

as u can see here, my last known case was the one from a month ago. the recent one does not show up from march 18, the day i got banned for a so called whole new violation. why doesnt it show up, because im being messed with, i 100% have not done one thing to violate the code of conduct, am i not allowed to join a party? am i not allowed to message someone gg? i actually like to communnicate and with the 10% of people on nba 2k21 that are not toxic and just trying to smoke weed and chilll.

YUP everytime i have been banned i got an email. i got com banned back in 2017 3 times always a email and a explantion and link, which i firmly accept my consequences. i reformed. the one a month ago i got an email and a link, it showed up there and microsoft let me do the "i wont mess up again and get unbanned freebie" thing, which i did. the strange thing was the reason was complete [mod removed] it was jus a code not a reason like the other reports. regardless the recent report i did get an email saying im suspending for violating microsofts terms or whtvr and to click the link. go to the enforcement page link, and nothing is there. it jus notifiys u when you get ot the page that u r banned til april 1st. LITERALLY APRIL FOOLS DAY [mod removed]. I JUS FIGURED IT OUT XBOX LIVE IS ACTUALLY MESSSING WIT ME BRO. this has to be a joke i didnt even realizxe that till now. but yeah onceu go to the page ther is no history i wil post a ss

I didnt do anything suspecious, but others did. I had a group of kids trying to ddos me on 2k21. its a toxic community. litearlly was just a 5v5 game and i destroyed them ofc, dont know any of them at all. i shuldnt have joined the party where the racist toxic [mod removed] talk starts, which i didnt engage in i just left bro, i dont have time for that immature [mod removed] talk over losing a video game. Next thing i know im getting harrassed with spam wherre i have to turn off all notification, im getting hit offline. a day later im banned. i dont know if it was them, maybe they had bots mass report me, i had an issue like this on discord where IT savy kids would creat bots to spam report me, even if i did nothing wrong enough reports and the staff looking into it gets annoyed and bans u. Idk if its that or that i got an arguement with an xbo live support representative 1 month earlier, because of com ban with no explanation and all i want is an explanation. like maybe im getting reported for blowing kids out in 2k for 3 weeks str8 i dont know??

Hello, did you ever get an email stating you were banned and explaining why you were banned? Being as though this is your second ban did you get that info the first time around??? It doenst matter if kids are reporting you all reports are researched out before a ban is given. Nobody can deal with enforcement stuff but the enforcement website. You cant personally email or talk with anyone. Its all done through that site. If no appeal option was given you would have to wait out the suspension time.

Are you suspended from multiplayer in every game or just one?
