    Xbox live account for halo mcc steam


    I played Halo MCC on my old windows on HDD on my account. Then, week ago i swithced to ssd on the same computer and tryed to play Halo MCC but it required a Xbox Live account. When i tried to log in it just created new account, then i tried my other phone
    number, email but every time it just created the new account. So, i can`t get my old account back, because i only remember my xbox tag. Althrough on my old windows i still logged in and can play, but i want to play on new windows, So, is there any way to get
    any information about my account in the halo mcc, and is there a way to recover my account details for only the tag?

    Since it is an Xbox Exclusive I doubt it will come to steam, that being said, Halo MCC is on steam if im not mistaken

    it works the same as halo mcc, i own that game on xbox, windows and steam, when i start the steam version you have to use your xbox login to sign in as it uses the xbox network services.

    foza 4 does the same.

    Why did Halo MCC uninstall its self on my PC???

    does on xbox a lot of the time, but i have had it happen with forza 3 and 4 on pc and halo mcc, so i gave up and bought on steam as steam can verify files and i never get a failed update.

    It doesnt help that alot of the games are in vxd format (virtual xbox disc) and basically is an image.

    but i think halo mcc is just files but in the encrypted folders, i dont think windows can verify the files if the update fails.

    [Forza Horizon] If I buy Forza Horizon 5 through steam, and have Forza Horizon 4 through the microsoft store, will I be able to sync my designs, tunes, etc, with my FH4 save?

    tis a bit daft though, as halo mcc and sea of thieves and other games that are Microsoft published all support cross save from steam to pc and even Xbox.
