Xbox Live Account, Can't remember email, only Gamer tag.

Hello,

I had a Xbox Live account which I used in all my games and had all my progress saved.

However I can't remember the email I used. I remember the password and the Gamer tag.

Is there any way I can find the email using the gamer tag (the one I used on Xbox back then)? (this was around 2013)

I apologize but there is no option to recover an account just by the Gamertag. We need to locate the Microsoft email address that you may have used.

No we can't log into the email that has the account gamertag associated with it. Nor can we log into the Microsoft account....

The only place the gamer tag is logged in is the Xbox.

So then saying log in add a new alias doesn't work cause we can't get a code.

They want us to remember subject lines of emails from an outlook account we haven't used in years

Also, i cant delete the gamer tag that is on THIS email adress if that makes a difference. Ideally id just delete this xbox live gamer tag and then change the email from my real account to this email. but I also cant find a way to delete a gamer tag/xbox

I can't get into the account while connected to live to look up the email to rest the password. I don't know the *** email. I know the gamer tag. Why can't i get the email for the tag with that?
