When you do that, make sure that you first remove your accounts from your console, or at least change the password of the accounts or set up a passcode, so your friends can't "abuse" your accounts (un-)intentionally.

After you have secured your accounts, you can then swap houses, and when you turn on their console, you can simply add your profile to their console.

Enter your account's Microsoft Account email and appropriate password, and the console will download your profile. You will then have access to your games and save game progress, as long as you are connected online on their console.

You can download your games, if they are not on their console as well, and if they kept their console set as their Home Console, you can even play their games.

After your holidays are over, make sure you delete your profile from their console again, or change your password again.

I can't stress this enough: You seem to trust your friends enough to have them live in your house and stuff. But depending on how you set up your console to sign accounts in automatically, it might happen, that by accident they use your account without knowing,
and buy stuff on your account, thinking they are signed in their own account, and you'll have to pay for their purchases. Or they play on your account, and swear during an online match, and another person is offended by their swearing and reports the account
they were playing with. If your account was (ab-)used during that swearing session, it's your account that gets suspended.

So please make sure that no one can accidentally use your account.

That should be perfectly fine. Your friends can add their account to your Xbox and you can add yours on theirs.

As long as you know the email and passwords for the accounts yes you should be able to log into each others Xboxes since you are in a different region and signing into a new xbox system it may ask you to verify ownership of the account and make sure its
not anyone trying to hack into your account. but you other then that you should not have any problems.
