6 month promotional items not received

i never received my 5 free games when i purchased the 6 month xbox live promotion on my dashboard.

Wrong promotion

I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

Hello Mister Cizl, I’ve tried looking for the original promotion before, but unfortunately to no avail. I will continue to look for it though. The last time I saw the promotion was also the first time I saw it back on August 14th, 2017.
