Xbox live 3 Month Promotion Never Received

In February I bought a 3 month subscription from Microsoft's website directly. The 3 month option had a free 3 month code promo with it, which was the reason I selected it. My live ends today and I have never received the promotion code.

Hello, I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live Gold during a promotion in January of this year and never received my code for the free 3 months. Please can you help?

Xbox Live Gold

There was a promotion going on a couple months ago where if you bought a 3 month xbox live gold subscription you would receive another 3 month xbox live gold subscription in the mail by March 15th and I never received mine.

The fine print states it's for new accounts or accounts with no history of Xbox Live from a certain date. You may not be eligible for the promotion, That could be why you never received the additional 3 months.

Hello,

I contacted xbox support almost a month ago about my son not receiving the free 3 months promotion that was advertised when he purchased his xbox live subscription on June 14th. The promotion stated that he should receive an email in 10 days with the free
3 month code but he never received that. I contacted xbox support on July 1st to ask about this and was told it was sent to upper management and I would here from them. It is has now been almost a month and I have not received any communication.

that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!
