Xbox Live 3-month code email

I purchased a 3-month Xbox Live code from the Microsoft store during the E3 sale and still have not received an email with another 3-month Xbox Live code. The first time I chatted with support I was told to wait 10 business days after the purchase date.
The second time I chatted with support they told me I had to wait 10 business days after the promotion end date, which was 6/17. It's been well over both dates and I still have not received an email. This has been incredibly frustrating trying to find someone
to help me with this issue.

xbox live gold 48 hour or some kind of code.....bought new system for son and we live so far out he can't play online today without code and no online help

hey vernier how do i get the free 3 month and 1600 MSP? is it added to my account? or will a code for both be sent to the email of the xbox live account?

I signed up for a 3-month subscription on June 15, 2018, which indicated a promo would apply where I would receive a code for an additional 3-months. The code was never sent. I checked my email and my messages on Xbox. It was never sent. Customer Service
told me to post here to receive help.

The promo stated:
