XBOX LIVE 24 MONTHS FOR 79.99

So I saw this promotion on my console. I tried to get it but the console would not update my credit card info. I have tried for 3 days trying to get my card info updated with no success. I contacted xbox chat online and was told to talk to this forum. Not
sure what good its going to do. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why does Xbox LIVE cost so much extra, compared to what it used to?

Xbox Live Gold takes money and he doesn't say anything about it

Good morning, I have a problem with the Xbox Live Gold service. I have overdue PLN 79.99 (about 21$) to pay for the service (because the payment failed on August 22), but on September 1 (today) Xbox took PLN 79.99 from my card. Microsoft's website does not mention anything about it. Can I undo this somehow?

If you're running into billing issues such as updating credit card info, unfortunately we wont be much of help here as our forums are public and these sort of issues require personal information to be exchanged. I recommend reaching back out again for to
our phone team specifically for billing support.

I just activated a 24-month Xbox Live Gold subscription tonight. I want to take advantage of the "Join for $1" Game Pass, which will convert my 24 month "Live" subscription to an "ultimate." But I'm very confused as to what will really happen. In one
place, it says "Joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will upgrade your remaining Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Game Pass for PC time into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the same amount of
time, up to 36 months. All conversions are final. See xbox.com/gamepass for details. " So I think "Oh great, this $1 will upgrade the entire 24 month subscription to "ultimate" for a total of $1." But when I actually click "Join," the message tells
me that I will be charged $1 for the first month and then $14.95/month for every month after that (and that if I cancel Game Pass subscription after the trial period, that I will be cancelling my entire subscription... I like the idea of $1 to permanently
upgrade (for 24 months). But if I click join (and accept terms) and then find out that it is actually $14.95/month and that the only way to cancel is to lose my 24-month prepaid subscription to "Live Gold," then I'd be super unhappy.

XBOS-3011 is the error message given to me

Basically the same issue but I am receiving XBOS-3011

It is with an Xbox LIVE 24 Month Gold Membership (Digital Code)
