    Hi ive tried to purchase the $2 gold exclusive pass but it takes me to the microsoft store and the deal isnt there. Please help me out with this. Is there a link or anything.

    How to Turn off auto renewal or cancel Xbox LIVE membership

    How to turn off auto renewal

    It is recommended that you cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership using the option of turning off automatic renewal. If auto renewal is "off", your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

    Steps to follow:

    1) If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the upper right hand corner and sign in using your Microsoft account.

    2) Proceed to My Account.

    3) Click Change next to automatic renewal. Change the setting to OFF

    You will be able to continue enjoying all the benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership until your paid membership time expires.

    Note:

    If you want to cancel or disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership immediately, you should contact Xbox support. Use the Request a Call from Support option on the official Xbox Contact Us page. Your account cannot be canceled through chat or email.

    If you disable your account immediately, you will lose the time remaining on your membership subscription.

    If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and you want to cancel before the end of the 2 years, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and other applicable taxes. Once the two-year agreement period is over, your account will not be renewed automatically.

    You can cancel the 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract using the option of self-cancel your subscription on Xbox.com

    Try on the web with this link > Xbox Game Pass | Xbox

    Then select "buy" button with the special price and finally select 1 month (not 14 days trial…) , you should the correct price.

    Not the game pass. Xbox Live Gold for 2$ is on my xbox home page but when i press it it takes me to the marketplace but the deal just dissapears.

    Hello!

    Did you recently, or do you currently have Xbox Live Gold? If so, I would check to make sure that your account is eligible for the deal. If you do meet the requirements and it's still not giving you the deal, the best option is to contact support.

    The discount might be for new Live subscribers only. Look through the info provided on the promotion page.

    Yes, you certainly can. The bottom of a 2 Day Gold Pass states the following:

    XBOX LIVE 2-Day gold Membership, free trial allows access to these Gold features: online multiplayer gaming, Netflix, ESPN on XBOX Live, Facebook, free game demos, exclusive discounts, promotions and video content.

    Free 2-day trial offer is only for use on the XBOX 360 and is not valid for current XBOX Live Gold Members. At the end of your 2-day trial period, your membership will default to the FREE XBOX Live Membership, unless you elect to extend your XBOX Live Gold
    Membership.

    Now what this doesn't tell you is that you cannot play in ranked matches with the trial membership, but you are free to play in social matchmaking playlists for games.

    I only have 2 days left to redeem the current Xbox Live Gold Battlefield 1 game.

    The other 2 games currently on Xbox Live Gold, I have added to my account without issue.

    A Netflix subscription and an Xbox Live Gold subscription are 2 different things. To watch Netflix on your Xbox 360 you will need to have Xbox Live Gold and a Netflix subscription.

    No. Gold Membership on the XBox LIVE Tenure is only counted when you are on an Active Gold Membership Subscription. For example, you would have had to have bought and or used 2 Years worth of Gold Membership to get an Xbox LIVE Tenure of 2 Years. You will
    not have a Tenure on your Gamercard.
