XBOX LIVE 12 months free for purchasing a new XBOX ONE code not received.

I had this deal plastered on my XBOX 360's dashboard at the beginning of the month for multiple days, and it finally convinced me to upgrade to the XBOX ONE. Yet, now after purchasing my new XBOX ONE, I did not receive a code. My XBOX LIVE is running out
very shortly, so I'm pretty annoyed now.

I copied the text of the deal when it was on my dashboard on July 10th:

I logged into my XBOX ONE using my XBOX LIVE account sometime a bit after noon EST on 6/18/16, which is definitely well within the time limit for the deal (I got paid that day, so I went over to the store and picked up the XBOX ONE and logged into it as
soon as I got home).

Still haven't received my code for 12-months of XBOX LIVE. Contacted customer support and she provided me with the url for this forum and asked me to repeat my problem in here.

when I have bought my XBox One I received a free 12 month subscription for EA Access.

Now the code is not working, who may I contact to receive a new working code?

Hey, there was a promotion offer goldrush for xbox live india members that if we purchase and redeem a 12 month xbox live gold membership between 21st April to 30th June, 2014 we would receive 2 xbox one free games that is Ryse son of rome and Killer Instinct
ultra edition . I purchased and redemeed the 12 month gold membership between these dates. the offer said i had to log in through my new xbox one console after 1st October which i did from my new xbox one console, but i still have not received these codes
for the games. Please help.

Can I get some help on this? I think my Gold is due to expire tomorrow. There's no reason why I shouldn't be able to talk to an actual support team member to get this taken care of, considering I shelled out $300 in order to qualify for this offer.

 

Still waiting on a response. Went through the trouble to contact customer service again last night, they requested proof of purchase which I provided.

How hard is it to recognize that my user account has logged in on a brand new XBOX ONE for the first time?

 

Support typically responds to threads from oldest to newest. So it's best to try not bumping your thread.

 

Or they could do it the logical way and go by the initial post date (and work the case to completion), otherwise you could get *** over by some random other user responding to your thread since this is a public forum.

I'll go ahead and say what we're all thinking, in the nicest way possible. THAT'S ABSOLUTE ***..

The offer stated that the code would be in my XBOX ONE inbox by 6/25/16. It's 3 days later, I've given your chat support my proof of purchase, and you claim you have access to the promotions, so what exactly is the holdup?

There's no imaginable way that it takes 6-8 weeks to sort this out.

Sounds like I shouldn't have wasted my money and should have just bought a PlayStation 4. Matter of fact, sounds like I should just return my XBOX ONE and use that money for a PS4 instead, since it's abundantly clear that Microsoft couldn't care less about
actually following through on their promotional offers.

I'll give it another day, two tops, but if I haven't been credited with the 12 months of XBOX LIVE that your promotional offer promised, I will be returning the XBOX ONE. I'm not the kind of customer you're going to sucker into a $300 purchase and then
leave hanging in the wind on false promises. Kindly get your *** in order, Microsoft.

Your situation is still being looked into. I will be sure to provide regular updates here on your post (M-F, minus the holiday next week if it even takes that long). I would ask that you wait until the investigation completes before returning your product.
