    Xbox Live 12 month subscription deal.


    On June 21st I purchased a 12 month subscription because there was a deal going on where you could get money for your account by purchasing a subscription. I purchased 12 months and was supposed to get $15. I knew that you had to wait a few weeks so
    I did and I got my message today. I only received a code for $5. This wouldn't be so bad because normally you pay the same price and don't get any bonuses, but I was planning on using that $15 to get DLC for a game.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Just something to keep in mind.

    Views on game pass ultimate?

    I think Game Pass Ultimate is a fantastic deal. Makes sense to have both Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass subscriptions on the same bill. You're saving 5 bucks a month that way. Sure, you can hunt around for deals to try and get 12-month subscriptions at
    a cheaper rate, but this way is definitely convenient. Or...you can always use your Microsoft Rewards points to keep your subscriptions going...
