Xbox live 12 month purchase, bought no code

just bought son No1 a 12 month Xbox live subscription via Microsoft and expected a code to type in with my confirmation email, didn’t get one...

Our house has 2 Xbox consoles one still with several months left on a 12 month subscription. 1 expired which wanted to renew today.... Email from MS says paid for, its in my account but how do I add it to particular Xbox

Please help a mummy under duress!!!

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Hi. I currently have xbox 3-month subscription and I just bought 12-month xbox live code. If I redeem my 12-month code right now, would it add up and make it 15-month subscription or do I have to cancel my 3-month subscription first and then redeem my 12-month
live code?

When you buy gold directly from Xbox, it's automatically added to the account. So if you were signed into your account at the time, it would be tied to your account. You would have to contact support to cancel the subscription so you can purchase it for

I bought an xbox 12 month gold live card from them as a gift for my kid. When we tried to redeem the code it said it was already redeemed. It took me a couple of months to get them to refund me. I will not purchase from them again.

Xbox no longer offers a 12 month subscription, so you would have to purchase either the 1 month or 3 month that is available or purchase a prepaid code which is available in 12 month.
