Xbox Live 10 Euro code expired

I bought a 3 month Xbox Live Code together with 10 EUR on amazon.de early October this year. Now I could only redeem the 3 month. For the 10 Euro code the following message appears:

This token has expired and cannot be redeemed.

Nowhere it said, that the code expires. amazon says I should contact Microsoft

Thanks! When I try the callback option, enter the question and then my phone the following message appears:

The number you gave us doesn't exist. Try checking your info, or try another number.

The number is definitely in my address book in the Microsoft account. Any idea? Is there an email/chat contact option?
