    It's only available in certain countries/regions, your best chance of finding out if your eligible is contacting Microsoft Support.

    The easiest way I found my goodies were going on the xbox and heading to gamepass and when in gamepass there was a highlighted section which i clicked into and it gave me all the required info to redeem what your looking for. Please try to look inside
    the gamepass from your xbox.

    Did you purchase for PC gamepass? In the console it was an option you had to click and redeem. The promo is no longer running and from what I understand they are no longer doing giving anymore codes since the promo has expired.
