Xbox Liscence transfer not working proprely ?

Is your xbox still his home xbox?

Are you seeing the game in the ready to install section and trying to install it?

Once you make your xbox his home console any digital game he owns should automatically show up in the ready to install section of your console.

Have you tried playing any of his other games and if so do you get a message that says are you sure you own this game or app if so sign in with the account that owns this game or app.

No, you can only play a game on a different console if you sign in on that console.

You cannot unlicense it on your console and give the disc to a friend for example.

No it doesn't remove the liscence from the original when you transfer to the new console. However should the original console have any of those items deleted then you lose the liscence to that item on the old console. So keep that in mind when you do the
transfer to the new one.

try a liscence transfer.

have you moved your gamertag in any way since you last used the dlc?

did the gamertag your using buy the dlc or was it another?

delete from storage ,redownload,if that doesnt work try a transfer,if that doesnt work try recovering your gamertag,if that doesnt work,call xbox live and talk to a rep.

@above if that was the case how does getting an xbox repaired work... since you still bought it on a different console (probably going to contradict my self here...) yes you would use a liscence transfer. nut what if microsoft said that only saves transfer
but dlc needs to be purchased with MS points
