I just used
this troubleshoot guide, and from what it says. You need to turn your Xbox off for one hour and try again.



Other solutions are to make sure it is out of sunlight and make sure it is on a hard surface (not a carpet to anything). It also suggests that you do not have any electronic devices on top or below your console, i presume his means things like other consoles
