Xbox life Rewards not letting me redeem my points

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Those Credits were deposited yesterday in the mid-month deposit.

The rewards points I am talking about are xbox gamer points which cannot be redeemed on my xbox for games, discounts, ect and every time I open the rewards app It tells me to adjust my region but because I live in Jamaica and the location doesn’t have the option for Jamaica I cannot access my gamer points or redeem them for rewards.

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

Spin the Wheel is a usless Game for me. It burns your reward Points. I safe the Points for Xbox Life or Gamepass

Based on the description, your Microsoft Rewards points automatically redeem to an Xbox subscription when you have enough points. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

There is an Auto Redeem option which is available to Microsoft Rewards members in selected countries. If you have Rewards app on your Xbox One console and sign up in Auto Redeem section of the app, then this could be the reason why your Rewards points automatically redeem an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Auto redeem will not work if you have insufficient points and it will automatically process if points are enough to redeem for Xbox Game Pass subscription. You can cancel it if you have enabled Auto Redeem in Rewards app Auto Redeem section.
