    How do you know if Xbox cares?

    I was trying to find out why Microsoft Xbox would offer a suggestion box for ideas from it's gamers, but then post it on Reddit?

    Don't think for one second that Microsoft or Xbox developers care one iota what suggestions get posted.

    Here's how you can tell:

    Microsoft is never going to allow a third party forum be in charge of collecting their data, even if it's bin the form of New ideas from their gaming community.

    It would be on Microsoft websites, pages, portals. Not on Reddit where if you should omit Your use of say, flair, does your suggestion go in the garbage.

    Moderators and bots are the regulators on Reddit. Microsoft definitely doesn't and most certainly neither will Xbox need to have flair or a hundred other petty ass rules like Reddit does.

    Anybody have problems collecting on Xbox perks, from the Spotify 3month premium, or YouTube music premium? You should see how many people have problems activating.

    The only recourse is to give your 2 cents in feedback, but do they reply? Never. Microsoft Xbox is a steady stream of lies

    update still no code but did get call from another supervisor who said if previous supervisor promised something that was not on and would sort it himself.... yawn..two broken promises or lies or whatever

    Therein lies the inherent problem with making promises (from Bioware) about 'choices vs consequences' affecting outcomes, especially for the climax of a three game series.

    Also having this issue and all I keep gwettng tokld is that the issue is being handled in a fast and efficient manner ton get it fixed. Still very frustrated that on launch day was promised service on Xbox 360 and poof since launch no service on Xbox 360!
