Xbox launching the wrong app

I recently installed COD: Black ops on my Xbox 1 after the updates and downloading all dlc for it I tried to play it but my Xbox keeps launching the blue ray app I tried other games and they work fine anybody know what's wrong

Under xbox,xbox beta app , wont start AoE :Castle Siege

Hi Soul,

It sounds like you're launching Castle Siege through the Xbox app? Could you instead try launching it from Windows, without going through the Xbox app? Hit the Windows key and type "age of" - it should be near the top of the list, simply highlight it and
hit Enter.

Does the game load now? Let us know how you get on.

Xbox One error code: 0x87c4000f

I'm now getting the 0x87c40011 error message when launching the Xbox One achievement App... and I also can't view achievements on Xbox.com

try clearing your cache by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

The ufc tv app tells me that something went wrong the app needs to close. This happens everytime I launch it. Hard resets and uninstalling don't help so more than likely somethings wrong with the app. The IGN app did the same thing awhile back then
a week later it started working again.

This is the wrong place to give feedback. The best way is by the app itself. press Win+G then select settings and then feedback. That will then launch the feedback app so you can give your feedback about the app.

Once the reset process finished, restart your PC and then check if the Windows Store App works as it should.

The Xbox App depends on the Microsoft Store App to run properly. So, if there is something wrong with the Store app, many apps won’t launch or won’t download anything.
