Xbox Lagging From Boot and Dashboard

The three posters above me are idiots. His statement is two parts the first about the lag switching and the second about people who dashboard when the game locks in. People do lag switch a lot but recently what I see a lot of is host booting. They flood
your IP with a enormous amount of data packets that leads to you lagging and then eventually getting booted from the game as well as Xbox Live. This has nothing to do with connection. I have an outstanding Internet connection and when I encounter people like
this even I eventually get booted, but then again that depends on the booter they are using. The weaker booters will only lag you while the stronger ones will kick you. There's nothing you can do about this really. If you need someone to play League with shoot

The Xbox boots the game up automatically by default. You can change this setting by going to the Dashboard and by going to

Settings> System> Console Settings> Startup and Shutdown> Startup.

From there you can choose either
Disc, Xbox Dashboard or Windows Media Center.

Choose Xbox Dashboard to prevent the Xbox from booting the game up when you turn your Xbox on.

Same for me, I often get stuck at connecting to xbox live, this is when i boot the game up for the first time each day. I usually dashboard and reset the game. I'm also experiencing bad lag (particularly on spec ops) and being booted more frequently than
usual. yet my router appears to be fine with other devices in my flat ¬¬

Unfortunately, I cannot remove it from the insider program myself as it was not under my xbox live account, it was under the precious owners, whom I bought the xbox from. I cannot boot into the dashboard either as I am getting the E200 boot error. If I
was able to boot into the xbox OS, I could possibly unenroll the device from there.

Is there a way to unenroll the device using the Xbox serial number?

The menu lag problem has been there from before the patch.



When this happens I usually fix it by clearing both caches.



Clear the game cache by holding LB + RB + X while booting the game up from the dashboard. Release the buttons when the Bethesda logo is displayed



Clear the system cache by going to the storage settings. Highlighting the hard drive, press 'Y' then select Clear system cache
