    I am wondering if it is possible to customize the color of the text engrave in the Xbox Design Lab. I think it may be a great feature in designing our own stylish controllers .

    What do you think about it?

    As far as I know, the only way to design the controllers is with the options available on the site. The only way to get any kind of name on them is by engraving. Per the Design
    Lab FAQ    :

    Can I upload my own graphics and have them applied on the controller?

    Not at this time. Customization is limited to choosing color parts and optional engraving.

    No one from Design Lab uses the forums. Contacting Microsoft Store Support is the only way to get in touch with anyone about them.

    I'm afraid the drawing is not an option but you can choose colors and request to engrave a word.

    Thank you for keeping us updated. We recommend attempting to customize your controller with a different device. You can try using a different cell phone, tablet or computer. Also, we suggest making sure that you are signed in to the website with your
    Microsoft account before you customize the controller. Does an error code appear with the error message? Be sure to let us know the results!
