Xbox Lab Design pad not received

Good morning,

First of all, sorry if I don't speak English clearly: I'm French.

On December 31st, I ordered a gamepad on the Xbox Lab Design. FedEx was in charge of delivery but I didn't get my order. Every time they came, I was not at home. Well, I had them on the phone but we couldn't find a moment to meet. It's a long story...

At the end, my pad is back to the "sender"; FedEx told me it came from China, but now it seems to be in... Czech Republic!!! Anyway, I just want my order to be delivered, and I have no news since one week.

Can somebody help me?

You just have to wait a little longer.

I really like the Gears of War 4 Crimson Omen pad as well as the Sea of Thieves controller, the rest of the pads i own are all design lab.
