Xbox keeps telling me that i'm offline and that i can't start any game, even though i am online

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcement from Microsoft that's why we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset the network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I am also having the same issue. I turn my Xbox on and it tell me there is a new system update. I click start update gets to about 2% and then it says there is a problem and I have to keep clicking try again. Can't play any of my games online because it
won't let me go to the main menu unless I click skip the update and stay offline or do I sit there and keep hitting try again not sure if it's even worth and very *** off this is happening. Oh and I am in the preview program but every time people tell me to
go to their part of the forums, I click there link and keeps telling me group not found.

I cannot sign in to Microsoft Jackpot. It keeps telling me that the in app purchase is not available, even though I have not clicked on any in app purchases. It then tells me I must sign in to my x-box account, even though the Microsoft Solitaire collection
shows that I am logged in. I have lost all of my progress and it is trying to make me start over because I can't sign in to the game. I am having similar problems with Microsoft Treasure Hunt, except it will eventually let me play where I left off.

Yes she is appearing offline even though she isn't, she tells me she is online but when I look it doesn't show. a few days ago I could see she was on but now can't and she hasn't changed any settings.
