    Maybe say something nice about Microsoft on the ign Xbox lobby so they put it back on for you.

    You're experiencing a different issue to the creator of this thread.

    Your issues appear to be related to the current service status, which is being worked on.

    Sorry to hear about your troubles that sounds very odd? Are you sure it was 4months? I would check to make sure it was. But if your sure then maybe contact support.

    hi, I have bought the xbox live so everything is affixed on email and then I go I see the bill , at that point I decided to go to eliminate my credit card and automatically renew Xbox Live but do not turn off and I disappears the gold
