    Xbox keeps saying I have a parent account


    Hi. I've been having this problem for about a year now where I keep getting content restrictions for games because I'm not "old enouph" and apparently there's a parent account for my account but when I open the family web, no one is there. I'm 16 almost
    17 and this problem is getting on my nerves. I was playing doom eternal just fine yesterday but now it says I'm not old enouph. It makes no sense.

    you have been added to a family, an adult has set restrictions for you, the reason you cannot see the family is because only the Microsoft Account that created the family can.

    Xbox Parent Account is not valid.

    can someone help? i have the same thing only my parental account is an adult, apparently the parental account wasn't valid. i then made a new hotmail account for a parental account making sure it was an adult account. i then go onto my xbox to change the
    account then as soon as i accept the terms and conditions it keeps on saying xbox setup is unavailable please try again later, HELP???

    Parental approval.

    This is just crazy, it just keeps telling me I need parental approval even when I log in with my parental account. When I click on the "child" my account it says I found a glitch. As the parental account I have accepted the TOS.

    That did not helped, i know my Main xbox account but not the email or password of the parental account. and i Cannot chat/contact support because it is saying i need to accept the new terms but it keeps directing me to the Parental appoval required page,
    I tried loging into my main account on that page then after i login it send's my back to the accept terms page. also i do not have a phone.
