xbox keeps opening the wrong game?

Hello again, I believe you sent the wrong image, because the image of the question appears in the community.

As for the console, try resetting keeping games and Apps.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to check into it. Keep in mind that if any of the purchases were subscriptions, in-game consumables, or preorders they would not have been eligible.

lol i had this same problem and to be honest i dnt to thank to look at my guitar hero guitar (cause i was having the same prob) it was my guitar i took the batterys out and it was fixed

I do have SmartGlass but I forgot to mention that when I was doing the above troubleshooting, I also put my iPhone and iPad into flight mode.
