Xbox keeps on restarting when I try to play Fortnite or Marvel Rivals

I preordered Ghosts, Marvel, Just Dance, Madden, Kinect Rivals

Necesito ayuda,entro a Marvel vs capcom 3 fate of two worlds con xbox live y me dice que ya puedo descargar un nuevo rival,solo que ya fue retirado UMVC3 y su contenido descargable

This was marvel heroes omega it was a free to play but was discontinued. I enjoyed it. Sadly it's gone too bad it couldn't get the following fortnite has it would still be going.

My controller gives me a disconnect error only when trying to play Fortnite. I’ve restarted, updated the firmware and nothing works. Please advise.

Your Xbox could be getting too hot or if you have an original Xbox One it could be the power supply pack.

Be sure that these two things are being well ventilated.

You can also try to Power cycle your Xbox which can help some common issues.

To do this follow these steps:

Physically power cycle the console

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xboxbutton on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

1. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xboxbutton on your controller.
   
   Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the above steps will shut the console completely off. Instant-On mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.
