Xbox keeps neglecting my issues

I have never written a forum post before, in my 10 years of being in the xbox community. Xbox has intentionally took their phone off, you can only call for certain support request but anyways i went through a different support request. My first xbox series x console had turn off issues at the launch of the console, but when i called xbox they told me all the troubleshooting steps, i did them multiple times from factory reset, clear mac adress, power cycle reset etc.. I have yet to finish one game on my nba 2k21 that i spent $100 for. So after calling for a few days in a row to see what my options were they suggested to get a replacement console, i paid the $10 for expedited shipping, took 7 days exactly. After I got my console situated and installed everything i had the same problems but even worse. On top of the constant shutting down, my textures are glitched and any red color freezes my xbox. This console is unplayable. So i called xbox back and told them the situation, they said my original console was fine and that the shutting down was normal and i shouldve never sent it back for replacement. Once again they tried walking me through the console reset steps again but ive already done them so many times, clearly xbox has no idea whats wrong with the xbox series x. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold for 25 mins, the supervisor name was “Arjun”, after i explained everything to him he told me 3 days ago he said “ im going to handle this request personally and montior it closely and put an order request in for a new console and you will get the email in 24 hours”. He also said “ xbox is going to take full accountability and make it right” 3 days later still no email, still no order request. My console doesnt work, did this supervisor just comepletely lie to me? this is actually digusting, I have never had worse customer support in my entire life. At the end of the day i want my console fixed/ replaced or explain what happen with that supervisor order request.
