Xbox keeps logging me out of my account

have you coupled your Xbox account with your controller? If so, try to un-couple it and then try again.

If that doesn't work and the problem still occurs, try to contact Square Enix support or the Xbox support at support.xbox.com

Hi. That is weird. Have you tried to reinstall Final Fantasy or restart your console? Maybe that might fix it.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Network > Network Settings > Test Multiplayer Connection. Do you get an error code? If so click this article

Also, let's get your network statistics; System> Settings >
Network > Network Settings > Detailed network statistics.

Here's a quick troubleshooting step I suggest is to clear the console's mac address.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

• Go toSettings
  
• Select Network > Network Settings
  
• Select the Advanced Settings
  
• Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
  
• Select clear and restart
