xbox keeps hanging up on me, they owe me 400 dollars they charged me unauthorized.

If you check your order history for all the Microsoft account that you have (in case is more than one), are you not able to see this transaction?

If not, in this situations the best option is dispute the charge with your bank and ask them for a refund/cancelling the charge.

Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization

To avoid this situation again, I can advice you too ask them to give you a new card and delete the old one

Its not on my xbox billing but it shows up on my card billing. I have changed the card, so hopefully that dont happen again. Sorry was very upset cause have been trying for hours to get things fixed.

Please explain more in depth... You Bought a game and your card was charged??? Pretty sure that's how it works.
