Xbox keeps dropping internet connection

Check your internet connection, because if that keeps dropping out then this will happen to your downloading games.

I've ended up factory resetting the console and it's still having the same issue.

Once i connect to XB: and try to play a game, the internet connection drops on all devices, but if o dont play XBL internet is fine. Any ideas?

This happens because of the way your internet connects to the servers of titian fall.not nesseoryly problems in your internet per say i played titian fall on Xbox one and was dropped out due to internet connection time out i would just keep trying to join
the game and you may get a good lobby to go from.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, if not it will drop the download. What is hard about it is keeping that connection and then also make sure your PC isn't shutting off.
