Xbox Keeps Disconnecting On Wired and Wireless Networks

Kindly perform these steps on the Xbox and your network:

Please make sure that your console is in a well-ventilated area and that there are no electronic devices nearby that could cause interference with the network signal.

And then disable power saving mode. Go to Settings > General > Power mode & startup and set it to "Instant-on."

If the issue persist after performign the steps above this time kindly use a different network. Connect your Xbox to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists.

If you're using WiFi (wireless) to connect to your network hardware, try wired ethernet connection instead. You may be getting wireless signal interference.

Troubleshoot a wired connection may assist you if you're already using wired connection.

Throwing in my two bits, I've got a wired and wireless (WAP) connection for the xbox AND a Roku on the same network. I get random disconnects wired or not on the xbox but never do on the Roku.

Are you using wireless or wired connection. if wireless try using wired.
