    Xbox Keeps Disconnecting controller


    Hello Guys!

    I was wondering if anyone can help me please.

    About 3 weeks ago my console updated, that day my xbox controller fell down from my hands while playing(though it was a very sort fall no damages i assumed). ever since, my controller started to disconnect from the console, even though it was connected
    via cable, i tried going wireless with no success, so my guess was that the previous fall in fact did some damage after all, so i bought a new controller hoping the issue would be fixed, but to my surprise the console keeps doing the same with the new controller.
    anybody have had issues like this? I should mentioned, that i have already updated both the controller and console, reseted the console to factory settings moved, the console in case something was interfering and still the same.

    Windows 10 my xbox 360 controller for pc keeps disconnecting

    Hello.

    My xbox controller keeps disconnecting. When its running for about 10 minutes its all good, then it keeps disconnecting after 30 secs again and again...
