Xbox keeps disconnecting but only on a specific game

I have my xbox connected to the router with a powerline. Sometimes my connection crash only on the xbox and to fix it i have to unplug and plug back the powerline connected to the router. Everything suggests about a problem with the powerline devices I'm using, but the weird part is that in a year that happened only while playing Rainbow Six: Siege. I have the console port forwarded with a static ip, every port is open (the ports listed on Microsoft's site), it happens when outside of dhcp range and when inside with a static ip. I've even changed my router once since this problem appeared, but it still happens. My router has uPnP enabled and i can't disable it because of my family needs, I don't know if that's the problem. Any idea or troubleshoot to try?

So, I'm back after a few days of testing. DMZ didn't fix, so I tried connecting using wifi and not a powerline adapter. I thought I fixed it, but like an hour ago it happened again. Some info i gathered is that i had my phone near me and it crashed there as well, for like 2 seconds. My Xbox wouldn't reconnect until I reset my wifi. Maybe it's just my wifi not working well. I've never noticed that problem on my phone, but everything suggests that my router just randomly disconnect, so it isn't an Xbox problem.

It's still strange that it has never happened in other games, though. Since I always crash in quiet situations (always during the preparation in r6, and mostly when I'm standing still and not moving) I thought that maybe my router was kicking my xbox for low usage, but since I play with others in group chat I don't think that's it. And I don't see any option for this in my router's settings. I'm just leaving everything I know here.

I'll give updates if I have them, but I think I'll have to live with that issue.

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Hi Christopher,

Unfortunately, I did that last morning, but it still crashed that day. It wasn't the first time I tried that.

I'm thinking about enabling dmz on my Xbox to try troubleshoot the cause of the problem. If with dmz enabled it works, i know the issue is cause by some closed ports the xbox needs. I don't think it's that though, I've already opened the ports listed on Microsoft's site and Ubisoft's site.

actually it IS causing me problems, with one specific game to be exact. World of Tanks. It keeps disconnecting me from xbox lie every so often ONLY when i play that game. Everything else is fine.
