Xbox keep crash when playing elden ring

How can I find out weather this is hardware related or not. Also I live in Iran which I don't have access to Microsoft stores or support facilities.

When you say crash, do you mean it turn itself off?

Does this happen only when playing Elden Ring?

Check for any updates on your console, also, try to reinstall the game.

It's not normal for your console to behave like that. I do have a Series X myself, and also played Elden Ring, not for too long, but in my case, it ran smoothly.

I do advise that if this keeps happening, you try to send it back to the warranty.

The best way would take your console to a repair store to get a check-up on its hardware, but, I suggest you send it to warranty if it's still under it:

Click on the "Sign in" option, it will take you to the page of your registered devices, select on your Xbox "more details" then it will take you to a page that will inform the warranty of your console, below you will have the option "Start Order" then, just follow steps from there.

I am expering this issue on several games like elden ring, crossfire x and horizon 5. Elden ring is the most severe one (every 5 minutes or so) and I rarely experience it with horizon 5 like once or twice a week. Also, I have never experienced it. With games like halo infinite l, psychonauts 2 and backward titles.

The crashes into dashboard and don't restart or shut down the cososle.

I have updated my console and game also I tried to reset the console to factory settings and reinstalled game.

Is it possible that the is with my console hardware?
