    I tried installing a digital game on my Xbox and I got the message Installataion Stopped at a certain point. I then tried Clearing local saved data but ended up with the same outcome. I even tried installing different games and they all got the same "installation stopped" message. I then searched for some solutions one of which being to factory reset my Xbox. However, in the process of doing that, on the preparing console phase of the reset, it has frozen at 55%. I have left it for a while and there has been no progress.

    A soultion for both issues would be highly appreciated.

    I don't know how to help you on this but i have problems too since downloading new update.. My machine is now incredibly slow and cannot connect to XBOX LIVE anymore
