    I’ll get straight to the point.... I’ve had an XBox for about a year now and it’s just recently began having issues. There are two issues that I notice:

    1. Amazon Alexa can control the Xbox (volume, turn on/off, etc.). However, recently the volume has stopped working. I tell Alexa to “Tell Xbox to turn up the volume” and it says on the Xbox screen to go to Settings (on the Xbox) to enable digital assistants.
    This has always been enabled.

    2. As most people probably know, there is an XBox app. I’ve used this app before and think it’s very handy. Especially being able to control the Xbox from the app. However, I cannot do this anymore - I can’t control the XBox now. When I try to connect to
    the XBox it does not work and says to try again later. Waiting does not work either.

    Any ideas would be appreciated. Stay safe!

    I don't know how to help you on this but i have problems too since downloading new update.. My machine is now incredibly slow and cannot connect to XBOX LIVE anymore
