    My xbox is really buggy and laggy after closing a game ive tested my acounts on other consoles and its fine but after closing a game it stops me from doing anything at all being to laggy.

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    To see if that will fix the issues you are experiencing after closing any game.

    If a power cycle won't fix it, then you can consider trying a factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed). See the following link for the steps:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    Keep in mind that after a factory reset you will have to redownload your profile which requires you to know the account credentials

    Hi there,

    I would recommend performing a full shut down of the console from the settings menu, and then reboot it. More than likely the console is just in need of a reboot, have any error numbers come up during the course of the lag?

    I don't know how to help you on this but i have problems too since downloading new update.. My machine is now incredibly slow and cannot connect to XBOX LIVE anymore
