Xbox Issues and Questions

Hello,

I first have a question about the latest Halo update. I saw that there will be giveaways for those that have played online up until the 19th. I was given the game about a week ago, but have been out of the country for the holidays and haven't gotten to play
it yet. Is there anyway I would get the giveaways, as well? If I had been in the country I would have played, if that helps. I really don't want to miss out on the halo 3 odst game just because I was gone.

My next concern is for destiny. I have continuously gotten the 'vulture' code since buying the game in September. I have Xbox live and a 12mbps connection. Sometimes it will take me over 10 minutes and several tries to log on. Sometimes it won't even work
and I give up. Is there anything I can do to help the issue?

My final concern is with Xbox live signing in. I have my Xbox set to instant sign in, but it does not work. I have the kinect plugged in, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I've trued searching for settings I might need to do with my router,
but I haven't found anything. I have at&t uverse. If anyone can help, I would be much appreciative.

It's still a little strange there is just no way to have your menu language fully in English, what if I only spoke that language?

I'm aware this is just a small inconvenience, but I have been bothered by it a lot since I work/speak a lot of English and prefer it over my native language. They might wanna look into this.

 

Sorry but the rules for Halo are set. If you didn't play the game before the 19th you won't be able to get the items.

Vulture suggests an issue with your Gold membership. Please try power cycling your modem/router but unplugging for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work then try deleting your profile only from the console, hold the power button on it for 10 seconds to shut
it down and then redownload your profile.

Instant sign in works for one profile only. If you have it set for multiple accounts you should remove it from all but one. However, if it is not currently working them please try power cycling the console using the steps above.
