Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up.

Soft Reset Xbox one https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-consoleLet us know if these suggestions fix your issue, or if you need more assistance

    Hi Bribear!

I'm sorry to hear that this issue is persisting. Now I do understand that you've tried already to do the

Factory Reset on your Xbox One
S.. Did you do the reset keeping your games and apps or did you choose to remove everything?

Now, if the one was keeping games and apps I would suggest to do the Full reset where you remove everything. If that at the end still doesn't work an the issue is persisting, we could check other factors.. Do you have an external hard drive? Have you attempted
to download any other games and play to see if the issue persists even with recent downloads?

    Hope to hear back soon.

I did the factory reset that keeps games and the factory reset where it deleted everything and still does not seem to work. I haven't attempted downloading other games and I do have an external hard drive.

    Hi Bri,

Thanks for the fast response! In regards to the external hard drive do you have all your games stored on the external drive? Also, would you be able to try to download a short game on your Xbox ? Such as
(example: Roblox, Trove) these are free short downloadable games.. That way we could see if the issue persists with the recent downloaded items.

If the games that aren't working are on your external drive would you be able to attempt to move on of the games to the internal drive to see if it still kicks you out as well?

Hope to hear back soon Xbox issue :)

I moved my games from the internal hard drive to the external hard drive to see if my games won't kick me to the dashboard I tried it yesterday with a external hard drive I had never used for my Xbox. My games were never on the external hard drive they
were in the internal hard drive. Also I downloaded trove and it kicks me to the dashboard as well.

    Hi Bri,

Thank you so much for trying this out and coming back to let us know the results. Now I understand that moving the games from internal to external still no change. As well as in downloading a new game it goes through fine but doesn't work it
    still kicks you out.

Even with a different profile the games still kick you out? Do you have any other Xbox console? Also, would you mind going into your Network settings and perform the Multiplayer Test to see if it provides any feedback in regards to the network.
( This is just to fully narrow it all down to make sure everything is running how it should)

Also, have you registered your Xbox One S to your profile? This usually allows you to see if warranty details and certain offers when needed. If not go here to
    register your Xbox One S

Yes it still kicks me with a different profile. Also I don't have another Xbox console test this on. Also when I performed the multiplayer test this is what it says, "your network is good, but there may be matchmaking issues." "Your NAT type is 'Moderate.'
If you're currently having trouble connecting to other players on Xbox Live/matchmaking, try refreshing your NAT. If that doesn't help, try alternate port selection. Otherwise, if you're not having issues, you may continue." Here are the options that it let's
me choose, continue, test again, or alternate port selection. And I think I did not register my Xbox One s to my profile

    Hi Bri,

Thank you so much for all your input and your patience through this.

What we can do right now is work with the NAT type lets make sure to get your NAT to be Open instead of moderate.
If you’re connected to a home network, you may need to open ports on your network hardware yourself through
port forwarding. Here are the seven ports:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port UDP 4500 (UDP)
    I recommend to go on
    https://portforward.com/
here it helps you find the guide on how to port forward your type of Router/Gateway.

We also have an article on how to Port forward:
"I can't hear my friends online, or I can't join or host a multiplayer game with my Xbox One"
    You're going to select
    'No' until you get to
step 6. On step 6 it will describe with detail on how to Open network ports.

    Hope this helps.

    Hey BriBear,

In order to Port Forward you will need to access your router. You may find the instructions on how to do so
here. Depending on your ISP, they might be able to help you out by doing it remotely; you might want to try giving Xfinity a call. Let us know how it goes! Xbox issue :)
