Xbox isn't working on 720p + and is also really Blurry

None of these items have done anything, I think it might be a internal
problem but also I don't want to spend money on something like this,
Is there any existing offers Xbox has that there is a way to return this?

We understand that you're experiencing display issues with your Xbox console. You may need to go back to basic or low resolution of display to gradually increase the resolution for much clearer results. To do that, please try:

Adjust the display settings on your console:

• You can do this by going to Settings > Display & sound > Video output. From there, you can select the resolution and refresh rate that your TV supports.
  
• Try to see if the display is better than you previously had.
  

If adjusting the display settings doesn't work, you may want to try resetting your console's display settings to their default values.

• To do this, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the power menu. Then, select "Restart console" and choose "Reset display settings." Or try the steps on this link, under Your Screen is blank after you turn on the console > Reset your display settings. • Try to see if the display is better than you previously had.

Thanks for the reply.

If you would take the advice of the SwordofWhedon, you may want to try changing the HDMI Ford to see if that would help.

There is an existing return/repair policy however, it is for the consoles that is still currently sold in the market. If your console has no active warranty, upgrade is the best option.

your HDMI Ford is almost certainly damaged, as you've had the system for over a year, it is no longer in warranty, and you would have to pay for a repair

So it turns out the picture had a too high resolution (???)

A 670p pic worked, but a 720p or 1080p didn't work. The background looks blurry as *** though
